- Do agents lose commission by using Rezi?
- No worries at all, you keep your full commission. Rezi never touches agent commissions, and owners continue paying you directly just like they do today.
- Can agents invoice owners for commissions?
- Yes, it is simple. You can send commission or service-fee invoices through Rezi with a 0% platform fee, and the payment goes straight from the owner to you.
- When can agents initiate leases?
- Once the owner verifies the property, you are good to go. You can initiate leases and guide the process while the owner stays in control of billing and payments.
- Do agents get any incentive to onboard owners?
- Yes, and it is a nice bonus. When an owner you bring onto Rezi receives their first rent payment, you earn a 1-2% referral bonus from the platform as a thank-you.
