Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep it current. Protect your credentials and activity. Rezi may require identity, ownership, or license verification for certain features and may suspend or remove accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violations.

Listings

You must have permission and authority to create or manage a listing. Listing information must be accurate and current. Rezi may moderate, reject, hide, or remove listings. Verification is a trust and safety measure and does not guarantee every statement made by a user is accurate.

Agent and property verification

Rezi may review identity, licensing, supporting documents, and ownership evidence. Agent verification may be approved, rejected, expire, or be revoked. Property owners may be asked for private supporting records. Ownership verification is a trust and safety feature, not an official legal title determination.

Contacts and rental workflows

Where enabled, verified agents may appear as contacts for eligible listings. Rezi does not create an agency relationship merely by displaying a contact. Rezi may provide lease creation or signing tools, but users are responsible for reviewing agreements, complying with applicable law, and obtaining professional advice. Rezi is not legal counsel.

Payments and fees

Payment and fee features may depend on configuration and availability. If enabled, applicable fees will be shown before a transaction. Third-party payment providers process payment information. Do not rely on older fee summaries unless they are displayed in the current product or a current agreement.

Prohibited activity

• Fraudulent listings or documents, impersonation, or misuse of another person’s identity.
• Attempting to circumvent verification, unauthorized access, harassment, discrimination, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Malicious automation, interference with Rezi systems, or misuse of private information.

Rezi’s role

Rezi is a platform connecting users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rezi is not the landlord, tenant, or automatically your real-estate agent, and Rezi is not a party to leases between users. We do not guarantee a rental outcome or user conduct.

Changes and termination

We may modify services and these Terms as Rezi evolves. We will communicate material changes where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, operational, or Terms violations. You may stop using Rezi and request account deletion through our Contact page.

Disputes and liability

Use reasonable care when relying on information from other users. To the extent allowed by law, Rezi is not responsible for indirect losses arising from user-provided content, rental decisions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
